A Moderated discussion with the Rev. Dr. Rachel Rivers and David Bullard, PhD
The Rev. Dr. Rachel Rivers is a Swedenborgian minister and a pastoral psychotherapist. She has served as a parish pastor in both urban and rural churches, including 18 years at the San Francisco Swedenborgian Church. She has been seeing individuals, couples and families for psychotherapy since 1983 and has been involved with SFPRG for over 30 years.
David Bullard, PhD is a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist in San Francisco. He is a clinical professor in medicine and psychiatry at UCSF where he consults with chaplains and outpatient palliative care staff. He also serves as a mentor in the center for psychedelic therapies and research at the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has taught at San Francisco Zen Center, Green Dragon Temple (Green Gulch) and Tibet House US, (NYC). David has been part of SFPRG for over 30 years.
