Check your junk/spam folder and ensure that you completed the payment step of registration.

Our Zoom settings require that users be "authenticated to join" which means YOU MUST BE SIGNED-IN TO ZOOM with your personal/professional email address and password. If you are unsure if you are signed into Zoom, or are not sure if you remember your Zoom credentials please plan ahead to determine those in advance of the meeting. We must require authentication so we can collect your information for CE and CME purposes. We cannot issue CE and CME to late arrivals, including those late due to technical difficulties.

If you would like to receive CE credit, are eligible and have indicated so in your registration, your certificate will be sent within 30 days following the event.
